安信信貸有限公司(「本公司」)近日發現有騙徒冒充本公司職員或本公司銷售代表,以電話、短訊或WHATSAPP形式推銷貸款產品,本公司對此深表關注。本公司重申,本公司並沒有與任何事務諮詢公司或會計師事務所有合作關係,亦沒有委託任何中介公司推銷貸款產品。本公司不會主動透過 WHATSAPP聯絡客戶(除非客戶早前曾透過WHATSAPP與本公司聯絡)。本公司亦不會透過電話、短訊或WHATSAPP向客戶邀約轉換低息貸款安排。此外,本公司更不會要求客戶將還款或款項存入任何個人名義或非本公司名義的銀行戶口。
為保障客戶的個人資料及權益,本公司提醒客戶切勿在核實對方身份前提供任何個人資料或開啟任何可疑的文件及連結。
如收到懷疑欺詐或偽冒安信職員或銷售代表的電話、短訊或WHATSAPP,請
- 向來電者索取其姓名、職員編號及聯絡電話號碼;並
- 致電本公司客戶服務熱線2111 2999,以核實該來電者或發信息者之身份。

Customer Alert – Fraudulent Phone Call, SMS or WHATSAPP
PrimeCredit Limited (“PrimeCredit”) has recently discovered that there are fraudsters claiming to be PrimeCredit’s staff or sales representatives contacting customers by phone call, SMS or WHATSAPP to promote loan products. We are deeply concerned about this issue. We reiterate that PrimeCredit does not have any cooperative relationship with any consulting firms or accounting firms, nor we have arranged any intermediaries to promote loan products. PrimeCredit does not initiate communications with customers via WHATSAPP (unless the customer has previously communicated with us via WHATSAPP). We also do not invite customers to switch to a lower interest rate loan arrangement through phone calls, SMS, or WHATSAPP. Furthermore, we will not request customers to deposit repayment or funds into any personal bank accounts or company bank accounts that are not in our name.
To protect customers’ personal data and rights, we recommend that customers should not provide any personal data or open any suspicious documents and links before verifying the identity of the callers or sender. Where customers are suspicious about the call, SMS messages or WHATSAPP by fraudsters claiming to be PrimeCredit’s staff or sales representatives, we recommend customers adopt the following measures:
- request for the caller’s name, staff number and contact numbers; and
- call our Customer Service Hotline 2111 2999 to verify the caller’s or sender’s identity
