客戶提示 – 發現欺詐網站,電郵或短訊誘使客戶透露個人資料及一次性密碼

近日發現有騙徒透過偽冒電郵、短訊或欺詐網站等渠道誘使客戶透露個人資料及一次性密碼等敏感資料造成客戶損失。現提醒客戶切勿輕易撳入可疑或來歷不明的電郵、短訊及欺詐網站所提供的超連結。

為避免成為詐騙案的受害者及減低金錢損失之風險,我們建議客戶採取以下措施:

  1. 切勿向任何人披露您的信用卡資料包括您的信用卡號碼、信用卡到期日、安全碼(列印於卡背後簽名欄旁)及傳送至您手機的一次性密碼。
  2. 提防偽冒由本公司發出的短訊,內附連結要求您點擊至未經授權的網站。
  3. 如您的聯絡資訊有任何變更,請儘快向我們提供最新的聯絡詳情。
  4. 請核實來電者、短訊或電子郵件的發送人真偽。 切勿點擊短訊或電子郵件內之連結或打開任何附件,除非您已確認它是來自受信任的來源。
  5. 切勿使用鍵盤自動填充功能輸入短訊一次性密碼。
  6. 如果在未經您發起的情況下收到短訊一次性密碼或確認短訊,請立即聯絡我們。
  7. 如懷疑曾經收到偽冒電郵、短訊或欺詐網站等渠道,並向其提供任何個人資料及一次性密碼等敏感資料,請立即致電我們的客戶服務熱線 2111 2999。

Customer Alert – Beware of phishing emails, SMS and fraudulent websites.

It has been discovered that fraudsters tricked customers into disclosing sensitive information such as personal data and one-time passwords (OTP) using phishing emails, SMS or fraudulent websites causing losses. You are reminded not to click on hyperlinks provided in suspicious or unknown emails, SMS and fraudulent websites. Please check with relevant institutions if in doubt to avoid becoming a victim of fraud and suffer losses.

To minimize the risk of becoming a victim of fraud or incurring financial losses, we recommend that customers adopt the following measures:

  1. Never share your credit card credentials including your credit card number, card expiry date, security code (printed next to the signature panel on the back of the card) nor disclose the One-Time password which is sent to your mobile phone to anyone.
  2. Be alert of phishing SMS with a link to an unauthorized PrimeCredit website or fraudulent websites.
  3. You should always provide an updated contact details to us promptly if there are any changes to your contact information.
  4. Always validate if the caller or sender of any email/SMS you have received are genuine before clicking any embedded link or open any attachment.
  5. Do not use the keyboard auto-populate function to input SMS OTP
  6. Immediately contact us if you receive a SMS OTP/confirmation SMS which is not initiated by you.
  7. Anyone who suspect he/she has been tricked by phishing emails, SMS or fraudulent websites and disclosed sensitive information such as personal data and One-Time passwords should immediately contact us by calling our Customer Service Hotline 2111 2999.
